Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. Use of this website

These terms govern access to the NOUZA website and any purchase made through an authorised NOUZA sales channel. By using the website you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, discontinue use. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or have a parent or guardian act on your behalf.

2. Products and care information

NOUZA offers scalp and hair-care products. Website information is general product information, not medical advice, a diagnosis or a promise to treat a disease. Hair and scalp responses vary. Follow the product label, avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a qualified clinician about hair loss, medical conditions, pregnancy, nursing or interactions with existing treatments.

Photographs can vary with lighting and screen settings. Before-and-after illustrations are not verified NOUZA customer outcomes. Written reviews are not a guarantee of your results. Product details and stock may change, but confirmed orders remain subject to the information agreed at purchase.

3. Prices and orders

Displayed prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and applicable taxes must be disclosed before payment. Checkout is not currently available on this website, so selecting a bottle quantity does not place an order, reserve stock or charge you.

When ordering becomes available, an order is accepted only upon the applicable order confirmation. NOUZA may decline fraudulent, unlawful or unavailable orders and must refund amounts collected for a cancelled order. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected with notice; your statutory consumer rights remain intact.

4. Delivery and returns

Shipping and return information is set out in the Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Estimated handling or delivery times are not guarantees unless expressly agreed. If an order is delayed, damaged, missing or incorrect, contact the support channel in your confirmation so the issue can be investigated. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights for defective or misdescribed products.

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not interfere with site security, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use automated tools to disrupt the service. NOUZA branding, written content and licensed photographs are protected by intellectual-property rights. Personal browsing is permitted; copying or commercial reuse requires the rights holder's permission, except where the law allows it.

6. User submissions

Only submit content you are entitled to share. A submitted review must accurately reflect your own experience and must not contain private information about others. Publication of a review or photograph requires permission for that use. NOUZA may decline unlawful, deceptive or irrelevant submissions; it must not alter a review to misrepresent the reviewer's opinion.

7. Third-party services and availability

External resources and services are governed by their own terms. The website may be unavailable during maintenance or technical interruptions. Reasonable care will be taken, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Do not rely on a website statement in place of professional medical advice.

8. Liability and consumer protection

To the extent permitted by law, NOUZA is not liable for indirect losses arising from misuse of the website or products. No term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, applicable personal-injury liability or mandatory consumer guarantees. Any enforceable limitation must be interpreted consistently with your local consumer law.

9. Privacy, disputes and changes

Personal information is addressed in the Privacy Policy. For an existing order, use the support contact in its confirmation and include the order number. Attempting informal resolution does not prevent you from using statutory remedies or competent courts. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.

Applicable mandatory law and consumer protections govern disputes. Revised terms apply from publication to future website use and future orders, not retroactively to change an accepted order without lawful agreement.
