Shipping Policy

The current NOUZA product information offers shipping within the United States. International delivery is not advertised. Available destinations and any restrictions must be confirmed at checkout before an order is accepted. Checkout is not currently enabled on this website.

Orders over $45 qualify for the advertised free shipping offer. An order of exactly $45 does not meet the 'over $45' threshold. For other orders, shipping charges must be disclosed before payment. Do not assume a rate for an order until the final purchase total is provided.

The advertised handling time is 1–3 business days before dispatch. This is not a promise that the order will arrive in 1–3 days. Carrier transit time is separate and depends on destination and service. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Any delay affecting an accepted order should be communicated through the order-support channel.

When tracking is supplied, use the link in the dispatch confirmation. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a label is created. To change an address, contact support before dispatch; a change cannot be guaranteed after the parcel is handed to the carrier. Provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If tracking is stalled, marked delivered but missing, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact the support channel in your order confirmation. Check the delivery location and carrier notice while support investigates. NOUZA and the carrier should work to resolve the issue; this policy does not transfer away consumer rights concerning delivery or damaged goods.

For an existing order, reply through the support contact or conversation provided in your order confirmation and include the order number. The website currently has no standalone tracking lookup or contact form. Returns and refunds are covered by the separate Refund & Return Policy.
