Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. Scope and responsibility

This policy explains how NOUZA handles personal information in connection with this website, product enquiries and orders. NOUZA is responsible for information it collects directly. Independent payment, hosting and delivery providers are responsible for their own processing under their privacy notices. Mandatory privacy rights in your location remain unaffected.

Checkout, account registration and newsletter signup are not currently available on this website. The website does not currently ask you to create an account or submit payment information. If you have placed an order through another NOUZA channel, use the support contact identified in that order confirmation for privacy enquiries.

2. Information involved

When you browse, hosting infrastructure may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and error information needed to deliver and secure the site. If you contact NOUZA or place an order through an available sales channel, information may include your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and the content of your enquiry.

Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, medical records or other sensitive information in an enquiry. Payment details must be entered only through an authorised secure checkout when one is available.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Information is used only as necessary to deliver and protect the website, answer requests, fulfil orders, arrange deliveries, process eligible returns, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Where GDPR applies, these purposes rely on contract performance, legal obligations or legitimate interests in providing a secure service. Consent is required where applicable for optional marketing and non-essential cookies; consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Cookies and external resources

The website may use technical resources required for page delivery. It loads fonts and media through external providers, which may receive connection information such as IP addresses. Your browser can block cookies or external requests, although doing so may affect display or functionality. Optional advertising or analytics tracking must not be enabled without the disclosures and consent required in your jurisdiction.

5. Sharing and international processing

Personal information may be shared only with service providers needed for hosting, security, customer support, payment processing or shipping, with professional advisers, or when required by law. Providers should receive only information needed for their task. Information is not made public merely because you send an enquiry.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where GDPR requires it, cross-border transfers must rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. Ask through your order-support channel for information about safeguards relevant to your request.

6. Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, applicable accounting and legal duties, dispute resolution or security. Retention depends on the category and circumstances; there is no promise of indefinite storage. Reasonable technical and organisational measures should protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your GDPR rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and information about processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing, and withdraw consent at any time. Some rights have legal exceptions, including records that must be retained. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Submit a request using the support contact in your NOUZA order confirmation. State the right you wish to exercise and enough information to locate the relevant record. Identity verification may be required; do not provide more information than necessary. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions.

8. California privacy rights

Where the CCPA/CPRA applies, California residents may have rights to know and access categories and specific pieces of personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, limit qualifying sensitive-information uses, and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. An authorised agent may submit a request subject to lawful verification.

This website has no configured advertising sale or sharing workflow. If such processing is introduced, NOUZA must provide the required notices and opt-out mechanisms, including handling applicable Global Privacy Control signals. Verified California requests are generally answered within 45 days, subject to permitted extensions. These rights apply only to the extent the law covers the business and the processing.

9. Children and updates

This site is not directed to children under 16 and does not knowingly solicit their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied information should contact the support channel for the relevant order. This policy may be revised as services change; the date above identifies the current version. Material changes must be disclosed as required by law.
